SPT-Grass

Calvin mowed a nine-hole miniature golf course in the back yard last week—complete with a teeing ground, fairways marked by orange flags, cups made from pvc pipe (with yellow flags sticking out of them) and greens mowed so short I hope the grass doesn’t die. It is the funniest thing. I’ll make my golfing debut on it tonight. I’ve never even mini-golfed before, but Calvin, Cali, Ande and I are playing a few rounds after supper to celebrate Ande coming home. I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow. . .

Okay folks . . . as you can see I chose to mess around with The Neighbor's Blog on an SPT day. I'm excited to try out this new format.

Here are some comments that were posted on the old blog.

-oh, how i want to come and golf with you and your family!! what fun! lelly

-What a unique take on this SPT! Who else could possible say the same thing about having their own miniature golf course in their back yard. That's just crazy and fun. Enjoy! --Jill

-For real? I would love a miniature golf course at our house (not to mention the kids would like it too!). You should charge admission. There should be an spt prize for you! Amie

-Jane – I love checking your blog to see what Calvin’s up to next! Let me know how you fare in the golf rounds – I bet you’ll be a natural! -Heather

-Now that is cool. Miniature Golf in the backyard. Can we come and play? Chris

What a surprise so see this new format! You are brave to change up the neighbor's blog. Fun, fun!

I cannot think of anything better to celebrate being together again. Your own private course. Does anyone feel like Tiger Woods?

I would love to have my own golf course.

Oh Jane-Can I invite myself over to play miniture golf? I hate to brag but at one time I was considering going on the mini-golf tour. :) But no worries that was a while ago.

Very cool! Your own back yard putting green. I used to play mini-golf all the time in college. I haven't played in a long time.

I love that tree in the background of your picture!

Oh, my. Look at this new format! I love your miniature golf course, how cool to do it when you have a yard large enough. Was this up for your parties last week?

This is real summer fun! In your own backyard? My kids would think we'd have died and gone to heaven. Your husband is industrious.
