Life in My World--To the City of Brotherly Love

We're off to Philadephia for a week-end of Army/Navy rivalry in the highly-anticipated, annual football game. The high is supposed to be in the 30's with snow flurries so Calvin bought us each a pair of battery operated socks to keep our feet warm. I'm hoping there will be cause for lots of clapping to keep our hands warm.

Go Army. Beat Navy.

I figure I have 5 more football seasons ahead of me - I'm not expecting Steven to play past highschool. I'm bound to get cold and snow one of those years, I'll have to keep battery operated socks in mind. Have a great trip!

My parents live outside of Philadelphia! I had no idea it was that cold there now. It's not often they have snow and we don't. Have a great trip!

I love football! Have fun and cheer really loud for your favorite player. You are quite the jet setter.

I hope you are having a fabulous trip. I can't wait to hear how the battery operated socks were!

Those socks sound like a true wonder! And I'm going to have to google them right now because I can't imagine where the battery goes...unless it's like a tiny watch battery??

I hope you enjoyed your trip. And I hope Army won!
