Homemaking Tip – Simplest Salsa I Ever Made

I served this at a luncheon last week and friends asked me if I would send them the recipe.  I explained it's not really a recipe it's just a can of tomatoes with green chilies, some chopped fresh cilantro, and some sliced green onions.  It's easy.  It's healthy.  It's good.

Sometimes in the summer when the garden is producing if I want to make this salsa fancy I add fresh tomatoes and peppers.  Then it's a recipe.

Looks so yummy! My saliva glands immediately reacted. Have you ever tried the brand called RoTel? I love it. It comes in mild, medium and hot. I use it in hamburger or beef homemade soups. It also would be good in a taco soup or a chicken soup. I will give your recipe a try...going to store briefly, but I will be sure to get that fresh cilantro. Thanks Jane.

RoTel is the way to go - only because I work for ConAgra Foods and that's one of our many fabulous brands! :)
